Devi's In Slab Heating Systems |
Deviflex™ heating cables are tied to the top reinforcing mesh, L72/L82/L92 (F72-F92), before the concrete slab is poured, therefore the In Slab System is designed for new floors only. In Slab Heating enables you to use almost any type of floor covering available, e.g. polished concrete, carpet, floating timber, cork, parquet and tiles.
Because the heating cables are within the concrete, the floor will take longer to heat up (compared to other heating systems) but will retain its warmth for a longer period too. It will provide economical warmth 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This system is designed for a connection to an Off-Peak tariff.

It is important to select the most appropriate cable type for your heating system. For In Slab heating we recommend the DSOT-34. However, the DSIG-19 can also be installed In Slab, should certain constraints require it.
