1. Measure the mirror and mark the area on the wall.
2. Install a flexible conduit in the wall from the mirror to the nearest connection box.
3. Apply the adhesive to the marked area with a toothed spatula. Remember to buy a type of adhesive which does not attack the mirror.
4. Press the mirror heating mat into the adhesive - make sure it is even and fixed firmly. Then, cover the mat with more adhesive - make sure the surface is smooth.
5. Put the cold tails of the heating mat into the flexible conduit and push it up into the connection box. The electrical connection MUST be carried out by an authorised electrician.
6. The mirror can now be mounted either directly in the adhesive or with acid free silicon after the adhesive has dried. Remember: the adhesive MUST be appropriate for mirror mounting.
7. To improve the final look, place tiles next to and in line with the mirror.
